Today, Mr Valeriy Patskan, President of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine (ACU) visited the ECA to thank the institution for the support provided in the past and to further deepen the relations and cooperation between the two institutions.

Mr Patskan and the Ukrainian delegation were welcomed by Mr Šadžius, ECA Member for Institutional Relations. Following an open exchange with ECA members including Mmes. Ivanova and Elvinger, and Messrs. Gregor, Kozlovs, and Parts, several working sessions were dedicated to discussing issues of common interest. The topics included the exchange of views on institutional structures, reform projects, governance and decision-making. Also, more technical issues were discussed, such as professional training and media-stakeholder relations, as well as the work of the Ukrainian Seconded National Experts at the ECA. All agreed to continue the debate and liaise on other subjects as well in the near future.
