Registration

Registration for the conference is by invitation only.

If you are interested in attending the conference, please email ECA-Energy-Climate-2017@eca.europa.eu. Please be aware that places are limited.

Accreditation

We would be grateful if participants could take their seats in the conference room for the start of the conference at 09:30.  On arrival at the European Parliament building, EP and ECA staff will be on hand at the entrance to help you find the conference meeting room (P7C050).  

For participants from the European Union institutions, other than the European Parliament - Security

We would advise you to arrive at the European Parliament building 30 minutes before the start of the conference, by 09:00, to allow time to pass through the European Parliament security arrangements and to make your way to the meeting room.

For participants who are not from the European Union Institutions – Accreditation and Security

Participants who are not from the EU institutions will need to pass through both the European Parliament’s accreditation centre and the security arrangements.  The details you provided in the registration form will be passed to the accreditation centre to facilitate this process. Please be aware that accreditation could take 15 minutes in addition to the time needed to pass through security and walk to the meeting room. So, please plan to arrive by 08:45. Participants are expected to wear their accreditation badge at all times. For accreditation, it is important that you bring with you of the day of the conference:

• the ID card/passport, details of which you have provided in the registration form, and
• a copy of an email confirming your registration for the conference.

Lines 12 and 21 also connect to Brussels Airport.

The nearest stops are Maelbeek and Schuman on lines 1 and 5, and Trone on lines 2 and 6.
